excluded from captioning right now. The ones that do it don't get
broadcast in HD anyway.
Regarding the "Frugal" method, I imagine a rendered quicktime track from
a CC service could be used in place of the phone setup /beta dub/
recapture method.
Anyone doing this? In SD, would it not negate the nead for the $6K
encoder?
