but it does have a lot of control. I'm not a huge fan of their
interface, but interface is a very personal thing, and if YOU like the
interface, then that's great. My main problem with it is the GUI for
the color wheels, but if I was using it with a manual interface, like
a WAVE or Tangent or something, then I would mind as much probably.
Iridas has a good reputation. If you've got a workflow that would
accommodate it, there's no reason not to give it a try. My only caveat
is that I never tried to actually layoff a project using it, I just
color corrected on it for one of my books, so my PRACTICAL experience
is limited.
Check out the colorlist (colorList@yahoogroups.com) which I started.
Maybe someone there would have some more answers, though that's a
group for Apple Color. There is also a DI list and a telecine list
where you might ask this question.
