The AIF files go into OMFI MediaFiles, only the MXF files go into Avid
MediaFiles/MXF/whatever

I always do the media copy first, then after the Avid has scanned the drive
THEN I import the AAF file.

Try this...

* Quit ye olde Avid

* Put the media files where they belong

* Trash the media database files in both OMFI MediaFiles and Avid
MediaFiles/MXF/whatever

* Relaunch the Avid

* It scans the drive, yes?

* Import the AAF
