[Avid-L2] odd interface mark

I have been working on MC 4.04 on a new mac for a few months. And one
odd thing I see in trim mode is on the left trim frame arrow button.
Its not an arrow. Its a kind of scratched out mess. I figured it
would go away with the next upgrade but just went to 4.05 and its
still there. Its there in 4x3 or 16 x 9 mode and with any user
setting. Best way to descibe it is if the interface were a poster and
someone took a coin to the button and rubbed it off the surface. Is
this some kind of icon or what is up?
