(8 1-gig SDRam) running 10.5.7
about once a day, it just crashes to the 'grey screen of death.' This
is the machine we use the least, so it hasn't been that big of a
deal, but it's also the machine we're TRYING to use as an archiving
station. Naturally, when it crashes during a long LTO or drive copy,
it's very frustrating.
Anyone seen this problem before, or have a suggestion where to start
looking for the trouble? As far as I know, it's done this for years-
we just never paid much attention to it. May have done it when it
was new, but 'back then' (5 years ago?) we didn't leave it on for
extended periods of time. This system's had a variety of boards and
applications on it- nothing like that seems to effect it one way or
the other.
Thanks in advance for any tips or clues.
