[Avid-L2] Install MC on a new partition, same computer

I have Media Composer activated on one partition on my MacPro, I need to
test something so I've created a whole new partition and installed MC on it.
When I launch Media Composer it wants to activate, is there any way I can
get this installation of MC to use the activation I've already done?

Otherwise I have to deactivate from one startup disk and then activate from
the other, and that just seems silly. If MC is tying to the computer's MAC
address that's not changing.
