[Avid-L2] Digidelivery Serv LT help

I bought a digideliverly ServLT second hand over a year ago- I'm
trying to get it set up and having a little trouble.

The product line has been sold to Aspera: they're happy to help me if
I pay an annual service contract.

I just want to see if this will work for us!

I need expert help with the I.T. part of the setup as my sub-basic
IT skills don't seem to suffice. Even without any external firewall
and connected directly to our T1 gate (modem, if you will, which, I've
been promised, is 'wide open') I cannot get the inbound ports to route
find their way back to the ServLT.

Anyone have a little expertise and a little time tomorrow to help me
sort this out?
