[Avid-L2] Avid Unity Issue

Happy New Year!

I'm having a weird Unity issue here and thought maybe one of you has a solution. The current project we're working on works perfectly fine for me on my machine. When I open up a sequence and matchframe to a source clip and reveal the source bin, it opens up without an issue. However, when my editor does it on his machine, Avid tells him that the bin is not in the project and that he should use "show reference clips". I find this very odd... Any idea what the issue is here?
