Re: [Avid-L2] Importing... after effects.....

After Effects will open an AAF from Vegas or Avid and an XML from FCP. I haven't been able use linked DNxHD media coming out of Media Composer 3.5. I ended up exporting QT references of everything in my timeline then replacing in AE. You're timeline is there in all it's all it's glory.

Premiere pro and AE projects can be brought back and forth into each other. Needs to be done on a 64bit systems with lots of ram or your asking for trouble. It is nice though.

I don't think so... but you can go the other way into After Effects.

or Automatic Duck.

Hi list,

Can After Effect files be imported into Final Cut Pro, and Avid without converting the files?

Thanks,

Kent
