[Avid-L2] MacBook Pro Laptops and Unity

Dearest L,

We have 2 editors on Mac Pro towers and 2 editors on 17" MacBook Pro laptops.

What's the best way to get them all on a Unity?

Get the Lanshare option and connect the laptops via gigabit ethernet?

Connect each laptop via Express34 to a Magma expansion box with an
Atto Fibre channel host adapter card, and connect that to the Unity?

Get rid of the laptops and replace them with desktops?

We're cutting a feature in standard def 14:1, so we don't necessarily
need maximum speed (but speed is nice).
Does the Ethernet option for Unity work out to be more or less
expensive than the Magmas and Attos?
Any help or opinions are appreciated. Thanks!
