Re: [Avid-L2] Transcription and Avid's ScriptSync

I forwarded the post to a friend who's an Avid editor in his 'day job'
but his personal projects and creative work is all FCP. I've been
trying to explain to him how we use SS in our day-to-day work, a lot
of which is based on talking-head interviews. We're currently working
on a documentary with... well, I don't know really, I'd guess around a
hundred hours of interviews - all transcribed and script-synced.

Anyway, I'm sure you've figured this out, but next time you need to do
a papercut, color code the text in your word docs per interviewee,
then you can simply cut and paste when creating your master
documents. Although there's something very wonderful about physically
cutting and pasting...
