If they are off the web, depending on original size they may be low rez and
pixilated.
Maybe ask for the EPS files?
However at best, some suggestions...
1.Select graphic and create alpha edge in Photoshop and import.
2. As suggested with tile tool open and the graphic open in Photoshop, -
select, copy and paste into title tool.
3. Marque allows imports of pics and you can add 3D border edges with some
nice 3D lighting and specular highlights.
