[Avid-L2] Media Creation SITE SETTING PLEASE

Is there anyway to make Media Creation Settings a SITE SETTING? Meaning I need to make sure that no matter who is using our Symphony Nitris DX 3.5 that media is written and rendered to only ONE DRIVE from our SAN. Likewise for our other seats.

Anyone know anyway to accomplish this?
