[Avid-L2] Installing MCSoft 4.0.4 Interlok Error on MacBookPro?

Just uninstalled MCSoft 4.0.3 and installed 4.0.4 at the very end I got an error something to do with interlok thingy.  Avid runs just wondering what the error is about.  Interlok sounds like a protools dongle but I don't really know.  This is a 17 inch MacBook Pro OS 10.5.8.  Did the Avid complete uninstall and the install.  Anybody got any clue.  Avid works   but I haven't run it too hard other than to play a simple timeline.
