Why not update your dongle right now? You can still run your 3.5.x software,
even when your dongle is upgraded to 4.0.
Pretty sure the versioner remains OK, though. I think that as long as your
system ID is blessed to run 4.x (for instance because it is listed as being
under Assurance), that sys ID will remain blessed for 4.x.
