You should experience performance gains when capturing, rendering and
using DNXHD media. Also when mixing various codecs in an open timeline
with DNXHD. Simo HDSDI and analog out, plus downconvert is a plus.
Multistream DNXHD playback would see the biggest improvement, but there
may be other advantages with 3D or dual-link capture or other future
improvements, down the road.
