How much cheaper are the houses in Mumbai?

There's no reason why Hollywood (or anywhere else in the world) can't offer
exactly the same service with the convenience that if hard copy is required
at any time it's a darn sight quicker to get it delivered if you're on the
same continent.

So does anyone know exactly how much cheaper Mumbai is? It seems to me that
cheapness is the only thing they have going for them - California (and
elsewhere) has the experience.
