That's not what I said. I still do most of my own editing. That's what
I love to do. But if I get too many jobs, instead of turning them
away, I hire them out myself and that way I keep the client and
actually make a BIGGER profit than if I'd done them myself at my own
rate.

And I do pay my editors a good wage. I'd feel awful paying some
schmuck $50 a day when I'm making 20 times that. Unfortunately there
aren't many people in this world that feel that way. Look at any CEO
for virtually any company.
