purchase as a new user, then you get software licensing.
Upgrade the dongle first with Dongle Manager. You can test your serial
number before you blast to determine whether it's in the latest
Versioner file. A version 4 dongle is back-compatible.
Once that's done, upgrade away! You won't even see that licensing dialog.
