Re: [Avid-L2] Duplicate sequence question

Well, MC 4.0 offers 100 Undos - but saving the undos with a closed
sequence would be a valuable feature (been asked for).

Yippee! Yet more freelancer ignorance about new features on my part. When you're homeless, no one gives you money to sit down with the release notes and learn what's new. I like the 100 number - take that FCP!
As to functioning with closed sequences, I guess it should be noted that FCPs application of this feature feels essentially different, due to the fact that it allows you to have multiple sequences open at once in tabs. I certainly wouldn't want to undo blindly to a sequence that wasn't loaded. Though FCPs feature is also harder to use, since they don't have the undo/redo list.

It would be great not to have that situation where you unintentionally double click on a sequence you meant to drag to the source monitor for reference only, and then find that you've blasted your undo list. Doh!
