[Avid-L2] Re: ASpringBuffer TIMEOUT error

Swapping the two drives for a RAID0 seems to have cured the error, fingers crossed...

I have another issue on that machine: every morning I boot the Mac, then launch Avid and it crashes. I then need to shut down, reboot and then it's fine I can launch it. I noticed that it hangs when it starts "Media Manager", and that at that point it creates a file called AMALoggerXXXX.log (XXXX being the date) in "Avid FatalErrorReports" but also in my Home directory. Google helped me working out that it could be a permission issue, so I trashed those but it still behaves the same. Other thing I tried is trashing MCState and preferences, but it didn't make any difference. Any idea?
I'm on MC4.0.2 with 10.5.7 and QT 7.6.2.
