[Avid-L2] Re: 29.97 sequence to 23.976?

I want to clarify that the functionality for converting a sequence from 29.97 to 23.976 is available in 4.X -
along with the FX (other than imported matte keys) being retimed -
but the functionality for decomposing sources across rates is not complete.
You can decompose SD 29.97 clips to any 29.97 or 59.94 format, but not to 23.976.
