[Avid-L2] PDZ-1 won't open

I can't get the PDZ-1 software to open. Well, actually, it does open, but the moment all of the panes are open, the whole thing Minimizes. And it won't Restore. Any idea what is causing this? no other software is giving me any problem like this. I've uninstalled and re-installed PDZ-1.
