[Avid-L2] Local Delivery -HD vs SD / 4x3 Vs 16x9

What are people seeing requested by their local TV stations?

We're working on a special for a local TV station, and I was a bit
amazed to have 4x3, SD requested. I had thought they would at least
want 16x9.

Most of my clients are corporate, so those jobs generally end up 16x9 SD
- since DVD distribution isn't up to HD yet.

What are others seeing requested for deliverables?
