[Avid-L2] Dual DVI and USB extenders?

Anyone had any success with extending the dual displays and keyboard mouse away from the CPU?
Looking at all the options I'm interested to see if anyones already found a solution.
Basick idea of both DVI outputs upto potentially 1920X1200 res plus most likely USB for keyboard, mouse and tablet.
Using CAT5 as the interconnect.
