I just started to edit a project shot on EX3, imported via AMA and
transcoded to DNxHD36 for the offline. I get - quite often - the
spinning wheel (I'm on Mac) followed by this error message:
"ASpringBuffer TIMEOUT".
Machine is MCSoft 4.0.2 on a brand new MacPro, storage is internal
SATA drives, though project was created on 3.5.4 therefore with the
"old" media files.
Some googling told me that it could be drive related (though it's
always on the same clips) or mediafile related (though the clips play
fine if I put the timeline head on the clip and hit play or if I play
it from the rushes - the error message appears if I play from a clip
that's before the culprit) .
Anything I could try? Would going back to 3.5.x help?
Thanks, Pierre
