I had to pull the trigger and load the new LE Codec package. So far it's working but I haven't hammered on Avid yet. I'm about to start that so hope no glitches.

I have my work system with two startup drives, well several more but two main ones. One has OS 10.8.5 with Symphony 6.5.4.7 and the other OS 10.9.5 with MC 8.5.2. I realize my 6.5.4.7 startup drive does not have the QT codecs for the DNxHRHQX. This makes sense but is there a way to download a newer QT codec package on my 6.5.4.7 startup drive so I would be able to at least access DNxHRHQX .mov files in QT? The reason this is an issue today is I need to work on my 6.5.4.7 startup drive but at the same time process some DNxHRHQX QT Reference .movs in Adobe Media Encoder. I realize without the QT codecs I can't do this but I don't want to install something that will corrupt the current Symphony 6.5.4.7 install. Anybody got experience and the link where to find the codecs package. I seem to recall it might even be on the Avid downloads page but I'm slamming right now so if anybody already knows that would be appreciated. TIA
