So I have the phantom files now and they open in Resolve 9 and play. They default into opening in Speed Grade but I'm not familiar with operating Speed Grade. I see the clips have various resolutions on different clips. There are two folder A001_ and A002_. Inside the folder A001_ are a A001__Log.txt and five clip files starting with A001_1.cine and ending with A001_5.cine. I point to the folder and click the folder and subfolders added to media pool and the clips are there. The clips seem to take on whatever frame rate I set Resolve to before populating the media pool. I'm not particularly versed in Resolve and have only used it to pre process clips to convert to Avid media in projects where I knew the frame rate was 29.97P or 23.976. Are the phantom files more like an image sequence that plays at whatever frame rate you tell it to? In my testing as I said the clip fps attributes follow what I set the project to. Is there some way to look at the raw clips and see if there was a designated target frame rate? The files looked to be full range on the Resolve waveforms so it doesn't look like a LUT is needed. I'll have the clips baked in a short time and I'll see what they do in Avid. Any suggestions appreciated. I'm sure I will shoot myself in the foot on some step but at least it will be in Super Slo Motion.

You should be able to run them through Resolve Lite to generate Avid media. And glue tools has a demo AMA plugin you can test, don't they?MichaelI see Glue Tools has ama plugin for Avid and Phantom Camera files .cine. The web site lists Avid ver. 7. Anybody know if this would work with Ver. 6.5.4? Also are there other alternatives for getting Phantom files into Avid?
