Right click over a track and select Default Setup IIRC.

A few feature requests recently so I thought I'd add one. There's always
a chance someone will tell me that that feature has actually been there
now for 3 versions and I never knew.
Could there be a button in the track assignment area in the Timeline
that resets the patching? So rather than having to complete a logic
puzzle several times a day to make sure my multitrack source goes to the
correct destination tracks I can just click a reset button?
I suppose I could disable auto-patching - but that is a very useful
feature. Surely it would be very simple to have a button to click which
sorts the jumble out though?
