Smaller workforce, focus on Avid Everywhere...I wonder where MC features fit in the pecking order? OTOH you can't really sell a lot of AE's without MC's.
While he might not understand the post business at a deeper level, Hernandez knows finance and the subscription model (threat?) is a good move for the company going forward and the ability to budget (development?) on semi-predictable revenue.
