Unity 5.1.3 Infrastructure installer kit (the server package) has it in
one of the subfolders. But that is not what you need to accomplish this.
The synchronize and optimize functions are in the Admin tool. This
application is on the server itself and all fiber based clients.
ASM (Avid Storage Manager) is used to check drive firmware and run
destructive/non-destructive tests.
