I also use Encore (since Apple killed DVDSP).
I encode using Adobe Media Encoder rather than Squeeze.
Compressor also does a good job, but I stopped using it because I don't know if Apple is going to kill it. I just figured I'd start getting more familiar with the Adobe apps.
