There aren't very many products do to that. I've seen a couple in the past,
but I can't find many when I search now...

Looks like Eyeheight might have just announced something helpful - or maybe
not, it's not totally clear:

And this will take LTC timecode in, and put it on an RS-422, but that
shouldn't be necessary...
