I agree with Steve.

If you search through the README docs, you can find a list of illegal
characters for filenames, folders and such. ISIS and Interplay also
have some filenaming rules, but I don't know if that applies to you.

Also, remember that Mac and PC have different illegal characters. It's
better than in the past but there are still some no-no's.
