Re: [Avid-L2] Transcriber recommendation?

Recently we've used TransPerfect. They're a translation company that also does transcriptions.

We've also used Same Day Transcriptions.

Reasonable rates. Very fast. Imperfect but very good accuracy. You need to be specific about what you want, how many people talking, formatting etc.

Subject: [Avid-L2] Transcriber recommendation?

Any recommendations for transcribers? Need timecode stamps, verbatim accuracy, reasonably quick turnaround, etc.

I have used Production Transcripts in Glendale in the past - they were fast & good, but not cheap. I have also used freelancers, but they tend to come and go, and can't always handle large volumes.

Appreciate any suggestions.

TIA,

- Rich
