For read/write access to Mac stripes on the PC it's MacDrive Pro, not the regular plain vanilla MacDrive, it works fairly well and it works better than the Paragon stuff, which is too slow for editing, but You may want to test NTFS-3G for OSX from sourceforge too, it's free and it works much better with the default options than when thinkering with the settings... if You create an internal hardware raid from the motherboard bios utility or the embedded controller You should be able to access the stripe with ordinary MacDrive (not pro) and/or Paragon/NTFS-3G.
