Blackmagic NAILED the sweet spot of price vs. features with this new camera.
Red decided they were a high-end company and gave us "MORE" (more than you thought you needed for more than you'd like to pay...)
However, the Scarlet camera DOES has slow motion (overcranking) and HDR while the Cinema Camera does not.
Neither quite delivered on the original "scarlet concept" of 3k for $3k (lens included). But Grant seems to have created what others would not -- delivered what looks to be a great camera at a great price with a great workflow.
