OK - try this - keyframe a title (move, scale, whatever). in Effect
mode. Alt+drag the icon to a bin from the Effect editor - you get just
the KF parameters. Drag the effect icon back from the bin onto another
title clip in the timeline - the KFs are applied to the new title.
