[Avid-L2] 24p on consumer LCD

A while back someone mentioned a box to convert a 24p signal out of
mojo dx to view in a prosumer LCD client monitor that will not take
24p. I thought I saved the info for future reference but can't find
it. Anyone remember this or know of this box?
